Sprouting Box 1 - $56

Box 1 Contains:  

  • glass sprouters
  • Seeds:
    • 100 grams broccoli
    • 100 grams alfalfa
    • 50 grams red radish
    • 250 grams chickpeas 
    • 250 grams red lentils
    • 250 grams green lentils
  • Instructions on how to sprout

This sprout box contains sufficient seeds to last approximately 2 months when grown on a regular basis. 

Sprouting Box 2 - $91

Box 2 Contains:

  • glass sprouters
  • Seeds:
    • 200 grams broccoli
    • 200 grams alfalfa
    • 100 grams red radish
    • 400 grams chickpeas 
    • 400 grams red lentils
    • 400 grams green lentils
  • Instructions on how to sprout

This sprout box contains sufficient seeds to last approximately 4 months when grown on a regular basis. 

Why Have We Selected These Seeds?

The seeds chosen for our Sprouting gift boxes are our most popular and easy to grow. They are all high quality, extremely nutritious and have excellent germination rates. They can all be sprouted separately or as a combo. See below our step-by-step instructions on how to sprout these seeds in a glass sprouter:

Broccoli, Alfalfa, Radish - leafy texture

These seeds can be sprouted separately or as a combo.

  1. Place 2 tbsp of seeds in any combination in glass sprouter.
  2. Add ¼ cup of water to glass sprouter and swirl gently to rinse and clean seeds, then drain water.
  3. Add ½ cup of water to glass sprouter and soak for 4 hours.
  4. Drain the water and leave to drain for 4 hours.
  5. Rinse and drain seeds 2-3 times a day until harvest.
  6. Sprouts will be ready to eat in 5-6 days.

Chickpeas, Red Lentils, Green Lentils - crunchy texture

These seeds can be sprouted separately or as a combo.

  1. Fill ⅓ of glass sprouter with seeds in any combination.
  2. Add 1 cup of water to glass sprouter and swirl gently to rinse and clean seeds, then drain water. 
  3. Fill glass sprouter with water and soak seeds for 4 hours.
  4. Drain the water and leave to drain for 4 hours.
  5. Rinse and drain seeds 2-3 times a day until harvest.
  6. Little sprout tails will emerge within 24 hours.
  7. Sprouts will be ready to eat in 2-5 days, depending on how well developed you like your sprouts.
