Sprouting Box 1 - $56
Box 1 Contains:

They can all be sprouted separately or as a combo. See below our step-by-step instructions on how to sprout these seeds in a glass sprouter:
Broccoli, Alfalfa, Radish - leafy texture
These seeds can be sprouted separately or as a combo.
- Place 2 tbsp of seeds in any combination in glass sprouter.
- Add ¼ cup of water to glass sprouter and swirl gently to rinse and clean seeds, then drain water.
- Add ½ cup of water to glass sprouter and soak for 4 hours.
- Drain the water and leave to drain for 4 hours.
- Rinse and drain seeds 2-3 times a day until harvest.
- Sprouts will be ready to eat in 5-6 days.
Chickpeas, Red Lentils, Green Lentils - crunchy texture
These seeds can be sprouted separately or as a combo.
- Fill ⅓ of glass sprouter with seeds in any combination.
- Add 1 cup of water to glass sprouter and swirl gently to rinse and clean seeds, then drain water.
- Fill glass sprouter with water and soak seeds for 4 hours.
- Drain the water and leave to drain for 4 hours.
- Rinse and drain seeds 2-3 times a day until harvest.
- Little sprout tails will emerge within 24 hours.
- Sprouts will be ready to eat in 2-5 days, depending on how well developed you like your sprouts.
