At Australian Wheatgrass, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Incorrect, Misdescribed or Faulty Items

If you have received an incorrect item, or the item is misdescribed or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and proof of purchase. Once we’ve received the necessary information, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. 

How to start a return:

  • Contact us at admin@australianwheatgrass.com.au with the necessary details (photos, proof of purchase, etc.).

  • If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Seeds & Germination Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of seeds. If your seeds do not germinate as described in the product description, please contact us immediately. We are happy to help troubleshoot and guide you through the process.

If we cannot resolve the issue directly, we can retest the seed batch sold to you. If the seeds still do not germinate as described, we will issue you with a full refund.

Important: Seeds must be germinated within 90 days of purchase to qualify for this guarantee.
