Pickups from Our Warehouse

We do accept order pickups from our warehouse at:

20 Piccadilly Street, Riverstone NSW 2765

  • All pickup orders must be placed and paid for through our website.

  • At checkout, please select the Pickup option to avoid shipping fees.

  • Once your order has been placed, Australian Wheatgrass will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.

  • Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be ready for collection.


Order Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Deliveries to major cities usually arrive within 2–3 working days.

  • Deliveries to rural areas usually arrive within 5–10 working days.

  • We use a variety of courier services, primarily Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.


Packaging

  • Orders weighing 200 grams or less are sent in a standard Australia Post envelope.

  • Orders weighing over 200 grams are sent using a courier service.


Please Note

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We always strive to fulfill your order promptly, but once dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier.

  • Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive.


Tracking and Signature


All orders are tracked so you can monitor your parcel in real time.

Contact-Free Delivery

  • Couriers may leave your package in a safe location.

  • If no one is available, some couriers may leave a calling card to arrange redelivery.

  • Deliveries may arrive between 7am–6pm. Exact delivery times cannot be specified.

Important Reminder
Please do not request couriers to call before delivery or to deliver at a specific time. This is not possible. Most couriers now provide a photograph as proof of delivery.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • You may grant Authority to Leave (ATL) during checkout.

  • This allows couriers to leave your parcel at your door or a specified safe place.

  • Most couriers already implement ATL for contact-free deliveries.

  • Proof of delivery photos are usually provided.

Importation Rules
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of state-specific import rules for seeds and plant matter. Please consult the official biosecurity guidelines before ordering:

We accept no responsibility for any inspection fees or fines incurred due to customers importing seeds that require quarantine inspections or that violate state import rules.
