Description

Brown Peas for growing sprouts

Not as eye-catching as blue peas, but just as nutritious, brown peas can be grown and harvested as 2-3 day old sprouts. Brown pea sprouts are packed with protein and are very nutritious. They are eaten seed, root and all and are easy to add to most cold and warm meals including salads, soups and even smoothies. Pea seeds can be mixed with other legumes such as chickpeas and lentils and can be sprouted together to create your own crunchy sprout combo. Our pea seeds can also be grown to full maturity.
