How to Sprout Green Lentils in a Jar
Follow these simple steps to grow your own fresh sprouts:

Measure 150g of large green lentils into a glass sprouting jar and rinse thoroughly.

Add about ½ cup of water and let the seeds soak for 4 hours.

After soaking, drain and rinse again. Let sit for another 4 hours.

Rinse and drain 2–3 times a day, keeping the jar well-drained in between.

Sprouts will begin to appear within 1–2 days.

Continue the rinse/drain routine until sprouts reach your desired length.
