Yes — a dedicated wheatgrass juicer is best for extracting juice from the tough, fibrous blades. These are known as cold press or slow press juicers. We recommend models like the BioChef or Oscar Neo for optimal results.

Yes — cats and dogs can safely nibble wheatgrass in small amounts.

Wheatgrass is potent, so it’s best to start with a small amount — around 30ml. Once your body adjusts, you can gradually increase the dose up to 100ml.

Wheatgrass is rich in chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals. Many drink 30–60 ml daily for energy and wellness.
