How to grow chickpea sprouts?

Here's what to do:

  1. Rinse 150g of chickpea seeds until clean place seeds in glass sprouter.
  2. Fill sprouter with water and soak chickpea seeds for 4 hours.
  3. Drain the seeds and leave to drain for 4 hours.
  4. Rinse seeds and drain water 2-3 times a day until harvest.
  5. Little sprout tails will emerge within 24 hours.
  6. Chickpea sprouts will be ready to eat in 2-3 days.
