Barley grass (microgreen) looks and grows very much the same as wheatgrass, only better! Barley seeds are quick to germinate and grow, and can be ready to juice in just 6 days. Compared to wheatgrass, they have stronger root systems, their leaves are thicker and juicier, and they don't have issues with mould and fungus growth that is common to wheatgrass.
