Description

Mung Bean Seeds for sprouting or cooking

Mung beans can be eaten cooked or sprouted, although sprouting mung beans is the healthier option. When cooked, they can be used in place of most other beans in dishes like curries, salads or soups, and are often made into a paste in Asian desserts.

Mung beans can also be enjoyed sprouted, both raw and cooked. Sprouting mung beans takes around 3-4 days and they can be added to stir-fries, salads, soups and much more. Why not try mixing mung bean seeds with other legumes and sprouting them together. This can help to add nutritional value to your diet as well as colour to your plate. Our mung bean seeds can also be grown to full maturity.
