Tarragon is best known for its sweet anise flavour and is commonly used in fish and poultry dishes. Fresh tarragon can be added to salad dressings or sauce and would work well with a chicken dish or potato salad. 

Tarragon seeds from planting till finish, can take between 90-110 days to mature. This perennial herb grows up to 150cm in size and is sometimes used in landscaping rock gardens and borders.
