Description

Black Mung Bean Seeds for sprouting or cooking

Black mung beans are versatile and can be enjoyed either cooked or sprouted—with sprouting often considered the more nutritious option. When cooked, black mung beans work well as a substitute for most other beans in dishes such as curries, salads, and soups, and they’re also commonly used to make pastes in Asian desserts.

Sprouted black mung beans can be eaten raw or lightly cooked, adding a crisp, fresh texture to meals. Sprouting takes just 3–4 days, making it a quick and easy way to enhance your dishes. Try sprouting them alongside other legumes for a nutrient-rich, colorful mix that’s perfect for stir-fries, salads, and soups.

Our black mung bean seeds can also be grown to full maturity, giving you even more ways to enjoy their health benefits.
