Coriander Seeds for Planting
Coriander is one of the world’s most popular herbs and can be used in a wide selection of dishes. Our coriander seeds can be grown both as a microgreen or mature herb.
Growing coriander microgreens however can be tricky. Germination times are erratic, in that they emerge at different times, somewhere between the 7th and 11th day. We recommend soaking the seeds in water for 4 hours and to sow seeds quite thickly. They will need to be kept damp in these early stages of growth. You can cover the seeds in a thin layer of grow media, vermiculite works well. The vermiculite absorbs water and will stop the seeds from drying out. For best results, place seeds inside a humidity dome and mist when required.
