Description

Broccoli Seeds for sprouting

Broccoli sprouts are the sprouting trifecta - nutritious, delicious and expeditious! Healthy, tasty and quick to germinate, broccoli sprouts should be first on your list of sprouts to grow. They have an abundance of vitamins and minerals, and 10 times the amount of sulforaphane as fully mature broccoli.

Broccoli sprouts are straightforward to grow and can be ready to eat in just 5-6 days. Broccoli can be sprouted together with other sprouting seeds. Popular mixes include broccoli, alfalfa, radish and red clover seeds in any combination. When sprouting broccoli, on day 3 or 4 you may notice some white 'fuzz' or furriness develop around the stem. Please don't be concerned, this is NOT mould and is a perfectly normal part of growth.
