How to grow broccoli sprouts text

1. Clean the Sprouting Jar

Wash your Sprouting Jar thoroughly with hot soapy water, or sterilise it in the dishwasher before use.

2. Pre-Soak Your Seeds

Measure 2 tablespoons of broccoli seeds . Rinse well, then soak them in the glass sprouting jar for 4 hours.

3. Drain and Rinse

After soaking, drain the water, rinse the seeds, and drain again. Let them rest for 4–8 hours.

4. Rinse & Drain Daily

Rinse and drain the seeds 2–3 times per day. Always ensure a thorough rinse and good drainage each time.

5. Harvest

Sprouts begin to appear after 2–3 days and are typically ready to eat in about 5 days.
