Description

Garlic Chives for growing sprouts

Garlic chive sprouts are an all-time favourite for me. If, like me, you can never have too much garlic, then this sprout is for you! With a strong garlic flavour and a hint of chives, this sprout can be added to so many meals both raw and cooked.

Sprouting garlic chives at home needs a bit of extra love and care. Garlic chives grow a bit sparsely and unevenly, and refuse to bulk out, but when mixed with alfalfa or red clover, you've got yourself an amazing tasting garlic flavoured sprout combo. Step by step instructions posted below on how to grow alfalfa and garlic chive sprouts. Our garlic chives seeds can also be grown to full maturity.
